Gastronomic events, an exhibition and an open day have also been organized Cartagena will celebrate the fifth anniversary of its auditorium with a photography show that includes highlights of the center, food events, an open day and the Dance Classics gala, Tuesday, 15 November, free, with the National Dance Company directed by Cartagena’s José Carlos Martínez. 

Their artistic journey has been a long one. They’ve performed over 430 shows at El Batel these past five years and sold upwards of 250,000 tickets. In addition to shows, numerous outstanding exhibitions, workshops and activities have been held at El Batel. That’s why the auditorium will celebrate five years as a culturally dynamic force in the city. The main event for this fifth anniversary will be a gala offered by the soloists of the National Dance Company directed by Cartagena’s José Carlos Martínez.  The gala is free. On Saturday 12 November two invitations per person can be picked up at the auditorium box office.

This five-year celebration will also include the Cocina a 4 Manos food event.  The daily menu price will be 55 euros. Due to limited seating reservations can be made at 968523959.

In addition there will be an open day with guided tours on Saturday 12 November at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 and 1:00. Reserve a spot by calling 968123827. In addition to seeing the auditorium, visitors can check out a show displaying photographs and numerous posters from 3 to 16 November covering highlights experienced at the center.
